Excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and focused, fast, reliable and conscientious; also VERY considerate (my "disaster" needed the attention of a lot of loud machines while I had a visitor from Germany who had to sleep right above the construction site), and great to deal with and talk to. All around a great experience in the middle of a pretty bad mess!
